Start by checking the calendar below and confirming that the date and room you want are available.
​Next, a copy of the rental agreement is available at the bottom of this page. Be sure to download and fill it out, then return it to a Friends of New Troy Representative with your security deposit. A room will not be reserved until a security deposit is received.
Friends of New Troy cares. We will sponsor a room that is being used for a memorial service or a non-profit event that is free to the community and aligns with our Statement of Inclusion. A security deposit and contract are still required, so be sure to fill one out and contact a Friends of New Troy Representative with your room request.

Up to 4 Hours: $40 Member $70 Non-Member Negotiated Non-Profit/PM

The security deposit will be returned in full if the room is left in the same or better condition than when received and the rental agreement's policies and procedures are upheld.
