Freshly renovated and incredibly versatile, our Meeting Room (20'x40') is ideal for meetings, movies, digital presentations, and smaller gatherings. The room rents for $25 the first hour, $5 each additional hour. Plus security deposit.

Community Room

With a beautiful view of  the gazebo and park, our Community Room (20'x40') is ideal for presentations, classes, and smaller gatherings. The room rents for $25 the first hour, $5 each additional hour. Plus security deposit.

The alan boyd
memorial gazebo

The Alan Boyd Memorial Gazebo is backdropped by our woods and just up the hill from Weesaw Township Park. It is  a  beautiful space to gather and celebrate. The gazebo and back lawn rent for $50 an hour. Plus security deposit.

The Multi-purpose room (gym)

The Multi-Purpose Room/Gym (40'x80') is perfect for receptions, parties, and other large gatherings. Banquet tables and chairs are available. Optional kitchen with serving windows. Rentals start at $50. Plus security deposit.

The Kitchen is available for warming, food storage, and access to the serving windows. It features two stoves, a refrigerator, and plenty of storage and serving space. Rentals start at $50. Plus security deposit.

Are you interested in renting a room?

Start by checking the Current Room Reservations and Rentals calendar below to confirm the date and room you want is available. â€‹

Next, a copy of the rental agreement is available at the bottom of this page. Be sure to download and fill it out then return it to a Friends of New Troy Representative with your security deposit. A room will not be reserved until a security deposit is received.

 

Friends of New Troy cares and will sponsor a room that is being used for a memorial service or a non-profit event that is free to the community. A security deposit and contract are still required, so be sure to fill one out and contact a Friends of New Troy Representative with your room request.
