Skybird yoga classes
Skybird Yoga's founder Elizabeth Nuti is a Friends of New Troy Director who has played a vital role in recent upgrades to the center. She's volunteered her time, gardening, painting, and cleaning skills to help with grounds and building improvements. Elizabeth was also a major contributor and gave her time to raise funds for the center's bathroom renovations.
Elizabeth teaches weekly classes at the center. She offers in-person classes weekly in FoNT's Community Room and live streaming options to accommodate all students.
